I am so blessed in my life to have a very talented sister who is willing to snap a couple quick pictures of us in an impromptu photo shoot on Sunday after church. Thanks Darbs, here are some of my favs!

Babysitting the 7D and 50mm

So at work we got a new camera. It is a cannon 7D, it shoots not only video (which is my speciality) but it's an awesome photo camera as well. When I think of the "moving pictures" from Harry Potter it is the outcome of this camera. Well, to be able to become competent in its use I got to bring it home for a few days and play. Here are a few photos I snapped of the kids.

Happy V-Day

I'm not a huge valentines day fan, but Erik was so thoughtful and brought me a heart shaped pizza home from work! It was really yummy.

Wow, how the time flies!

She is a pretty good baby. Happy when held, happy to chill in her car seat, happy after being fed, happy to see Daddy at the end of the day, not happy when brother tries to "share" toys in her face.

My Life in Plastic

On December 30th my kitchen went from thisto this.And for the last while I've been living with only a sink and a small bit of counter, a stove, a oven, and a microwave.

Did this adorable baby come just about a week after the project started? Yes, yes she did.Did this cute husband start school just a week after the baby came? Yes, yes he did.Has this sweet 2 year old been having the time of his life "fixing" the kitchen? Why, yes he has.Today we got one step closer to having the kitchen put back together. YAY!
